Parlez-vous Français? helping out at St. Ninian’s Christmas Market 2012

I had a great afternoon teaching a Christmas song to year 6 pupils who had come along to see what the French department had in store for them at the new Bermahague school! The event was organised by the brilliant Mrs Géal-Wilkes (Head of MFL at SNHS) and had many activities for the pupils to enjoy. The pupils were all very good and enthusiastic, and I hope they are looking forward to learning French when they start secondary school in September!

Have a look at the video to see what went on:

Parlez-vous Français? at Beehive Kindergarten – September 2012

20 years ago I was learning French at the Beehive – now I am teaching it! I really enjoy teaching French to the children aged 3-4 through games, songs, stories and creative activities. I have been so impressed by how well they are doing! Children receive a worksheet showing what they have learnt during the lesson to take home to their parents.

If any other nurseries would like to have French lessons from Parlez-vous Francais? don’t hesitate to call me on 230876 or email
